Experience
The superior reputation of Crestwood is due mainly to the extremely high quality of its leadership.
Maturity
All Group Leaders are college graduates. All counselors must be at least college age. We do not have a CIT or Jr. Counselor program and do not hire high school age counselors.
Stability
There is a priceless advantage for the child enrolled at Crestwood. A continuing relationship exists and is maintained between the child and staff. The reason? Our counselors return year after year and succeed in knowing the children personally. Many staff members have been at Crestwood for more than 10 years and are part of our year-round teaching staff.

As this was her first camp experience we were unsure as to how she would approach her days at Crestwood. Because of your attention and sensitivity toward her, she was able to grow and flourish this summer. For this we are most grateful.
