What makes Crestwood’s staff different?

What is the pay like?
Crestwood is proud to have one of the highest pay scales around. Plus we provide your lunch every day! A summer at Crestwood will give you Leadership Experience that will be invaluable no matter what career you pursue or personal goals you set for yourself.
What is a Bus Counselor?
Bus counselors are responsible for supervising the children and making the bus ride fun. Bus counselors are paid extra. Positions for bus counselors fill-up fast, so don’t miss out on this great and fun opportunity! Please, 18 and older only.
What if I have any special skills?
Please tell us about them during your interview. We have Specialty Instructor positions where you may get an opportunity to use your skills to teach groups of children at activity areas or during club times.
What type of commitment will I be making?
Crestwood requires a 100% commitment. We expect perfect attendance at orientation and every day during the summer. Crestwood staff understand that their commitment may even extend to the evening or weekends: whatever it takes to make the difference in a child’s summer and life.
