Communication is the lifeblood of our outstanding relationship with our families. Every step is taken to make sure that your family feels at home at Crestwood and that any questions, concerns or problems that may arise are handled quickly, professionally and successfully.
We understand that every child and every family is different with different needs, wants and special requests. It is our goal to not only meet your needs but to exceed them. No request is too small or considered unimportant. Throughout the year and of course frequently throughout the summer, you will hear from our staff to find out how we can best meet the needs of your child. Similarly, we insist that you never hesitate to call us to let us know what is on your mind. An open line of communication is essential in allowing us to exceed your expectations.
Our entire organization is designed so that, like our campers, parents feel well taken care of.
We are open year round. Directors, Administrators and Division Heads are here to talk with you or your children at any time.
During the Spring and Summer months, we are open 7 days per week and one of our Directors is always available.
Division Heads (age group supervisors) will call you in the months prior to the start of the summer and are also available for your calls to discuss your child’s upcoming summer.
Group Leaders, the teachers who spend every minute with your child’s group, will call you weekly or semi-weekly during the summer to discuss your child’s experience at Crestwood. They are available for your calls all summer long and will return all (non-emergency) calls promptly during non-camp hours.
Group Leaders send out weekly e-mails or newsletters to the group to keep you updated on highlights from the past week and upcoming events.
The Crestwood Directors send out periodic e-newsletters, announcements and even text messages to keep parents informed about everything happening at Crestwood.
